Pumpkin Spice Latte Trail is Back!
Trees are beginning to burst into shades of red, orange, and yellow. The morning air is crisp, football is back, and pumpkin spice is in the air… Fall has finally arrived in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia – and so has Explore Bristol’s popular Pumpkin Spice Latte Trail.
The site – psltrail.com – celebrates fall’s favorite flavor while offering visitors a tool to explore every Bristol location that features unique autumn-infused products.
The seasonal popularity of all things pumpkin goes hand in hand with the region’s beautiful fall foliage, which draws visitors from across the country. As autumn arrives and temperatures cool, the Appalachian Mountain views surrounding South Holston Lake explode with vibrant colors, making it one of the region’s top spots for “leaf lookers.”
““When we unveiled the website two years ago, it was an immediate success,” said Matt Bolas, Executive Director of Explore Bristol. “As we all know, pumpkin spice is very popular during the fall, and both visitors to the region and locals who enjoy visiting the many businesses in the area appreciate being able to find what they’re looking for quickly.”
“This site helps everyone find their favorite fall treats – whether it’s fudge, ice cream, drinks, bagels, pastries, or dip mixes. It also promotes our local businesses, which embrace the season with a wide range of products.”
More than two dozen locations are on the Pumpkin Spice Latte Trail, including Blackbird Bakery, Bristol Bagel and Bakery, Pins & Friends, Tennessee Hills Distillery, and Aroma Coffee House. For a full list, visit the website.
