The dilemma here is what to choose! This locally owned shop features homemade fudge, ice cream, milkshakes, gourmet chocolates, vintage candy brands, and lots more.
The fudge is beyond amazing, churned in a kettle with plenty of butter and cream. And there are dozens of flavors, including Snickers, Rocky Road, Chocolate Caramel Peanut, and Sea Salt Caramel. They also create seasonal favorites like Pumpkin Spice, Red Velvet, etc. It also features 26 flavors of hand-dipped ice creams, and whether you prefer a cone, one of their fabulous milkshakes, a banana split, or a root beer float, you can’t go wrong with any of them! They also offer up delicious fine candies, old-fashioned brands like Sugar Daddies and Hot Tamales, and sodas like Nehi Orange and Sun Drop.
Donuts may be what Blackbird first became known for – and rightly so because they are mouth-watering and always fresh – but there are many other yummy goodies here to choose from.
They bake incredible pastries and desserts, like cheesecake brownies, baklava, cupcakes, pies, cakes, and cookies. And they’re all delicious! They also have ice cream, coffee, and a variety of homemade breads. And if you need a custom cake – yes, they even do wedding cakes – they do that too, and they are incredible!
Yes, they make amazing bagels, but there are also plenty of delectable goodies served up here too!

The menu includes acai bowls, smoothies, cold brews, and loaded toast, and every single thing is addictive. Some of the favorites are the Pedalers Way Bowl, which includes acai/dragonfruit, granola, bananas, strawberries, cacoa nibs, coconut flakes, peanut butter, and honey, and the Apple Pie, which has a base of acai and is topped with granola, cinnamon apples, bananas, and caramel.
The Pinnacle features some great sweet treats too. Crave just opened and creates wonderful cookies like chocolate chip, mint chip brownie, and peanut butter cup, while Great American Cookies has a variety of awesome cookies and cookie cakes
