After seeing the large Rainbow and Brown Trout on the Holston River, we decided to find the best fishing spot that would also serve as a rental or just be a relaxing place to unwind. We chose the Pappaw’s Fishing Pad location because of the easy access to the river. There’s lots of space to wade and catch Big Brown and Rainbow Trout. The river frontage is the best location on the river for plenty of good wading for fly or bait fishing. It is just a beautiful place to be for fishing, family fun or just relaxing with all the amenities.
